If you find you are unable to access the portal, please return to this page, open PortalCfg.exe, and choose Run or Open when prompted. This will make the necessary configuration changes to your Internet Explorer connection settings and install a security certificate. The installation will only work if you have LANDesk installed and you have at least Power User rights on your computer.
